DM Arts Methodology is a mix between knowledge and practice. Without knowledge, a learner cannot understand how to do what is learned correctly and on a scientific base. Without practice, what is learned is just on the lower level of thinking in Bloom’s Taxonomy and the learner won’t be able to apply or synthesize what is useful for his/her own needs. That’s why DM Arts blends both an interactive method of delivering knowledge with a lot of hands-on activities. There is also a lot of checking understanding to correct any misconceptions the learner may have by the assessment system explained below.

DM Arts Academy educational methodology is based on the balance between both the know-ho and the do-how in order to build the appropriate mindset and skills needed for a Digital Marketer. Such Methodology reflects DM Arts Academy vision which is “Colorizing Marketing Minds by Digital Knowledge” since to colorize is to add colors to a black and white image emphasizing how Digital Marketing is rooted deeply in Marketing to be able to achieve the required results.
DM Arts Academy has a 360 degree Quality Assurance system that depends on three pillars:
1. Trainee: Trainees are asked to fill in a first impression survey to track any challenge in the beginning of the course and an end of course evaluation survey.
2. Training Unit Department: Staff members make unannounced visitations to monitor the training process in person.
3. Technology: All sessions are recorded (video and audio) and can be monitored.
P.s: Trainers are acknowledged that they will be evaluated by trainees, by the Training Department and are videotaped.
